Alison Adams,

CEO of Christchurch NZ

I recently suggested my senior leadership team engage Unlock Innovation Ltd to run a half-day workshop, titled Dyslexia in the Workplace.

Diversity and Inclusion, in all forms, is a key priority for us as an organisation, and I was keen for us to find out more.

The results have been remarkable. Since engaging with Unlock Innovation Ltd for the workshop, our senior leadership team has noticed a significant shift in the way we work together to get the best out of all our team members, no matter how they think and work. Team members are actively seeking out diverse thinkers for decision-making teams, and there is a palpable excitement about our innovation potential spreading throughout the organization. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.
