About this service
The Awareness and Skills Training programmes delivered by Chris Cole, dyslexic expert and leader of dyslexia education and organisational change, can be tailored for teams of various sizes and levels of seniority.
Sessions are conducted in groups ranging from 6-20, from 2 hours to half a day, and typically cover:

recognising and understanding dyslexia;

exploring the effects of dyslexia on thinking and communication;

strengths and challenges effective strategies for success.
These tailored programmes aim to equip your team with the knowledge and tools required to transform into a more inclusive and supporting work environment for dyslexics.
