Event Description

Expanding the strengths of dyslexic thinking

Hosted by Unlock Innovation, this online session introduces the concept of dyslexic thinking and the strengths it can bring to organisations.

Chris Cole and Dorenda Britten explore how different thinking styles contribute to innovation, leadership and team capability. Drawing on their experience working with businesses and organisations, they share practical insights into how dyslexic thinking shows up in professional environments and why it matters.

The session includes a 45-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute discussion and Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions and reflect on how different thinking styles can contribute to stronger teams and more innovative workplaces.
