About this service:

Inclusive Communication is a team workshop presented by Chris Cole and Dorenda Britten of Unlock Innovation.

Designed for team leaders and collaborative teams, the workshop explores how everyday communication such as meetings, emails, briefings and feedback can unintentionally increase cognitive load.
